The Story: One of our most popular Farm'r restaurant dishes has always been the smoked brisket. It's hard to make at home and who has the time? Our brisket is a multi-day process and cooks slowly for 5 hours. Then we combine the pull-apart meat with mushrooms and rotisserie potatoes all cooked perfectly and put together in a tasty chicken stock. This is a top notch stew that pairs well with anything (rice, mashed potatoes, pasta or by itself).
